Most restaurants know what they want to promote: tonight’s special, a new dessert, a lunch deal, a weekend event. What slows them down is turning those ideas into posts that look good, fit each platform and go out on time. This guide plans a month of posts with Kappino’s AI Poster Generator and social media management, in one sitting.
Before you start: connect your accounts
In the Marketing area, connect your Facebook Page, your Instagram account and your Google Business Profile once. Meta requires a Facebook Page and an Instagram professional account for publishing through connected tools. Access follows roles and permissions, so you decide who can publish and reply.
Step 1: write the month on one page
List what the month holds: new dishes, the specials you rotate, offers for quieter days, events and seasonal moments. A simple pattern, such as one dish, one offer and one event a week, gives a month of content without repeating yourself.
Step 2: create a poster for each idea
For each post, open the AI Poster Generator:
- Choose the size: Instagram Feed or Story, Facebook Post or Story, Google Business, a 4:5 portrait, or a custom size.
- Add your photo and brief: upload a dish photo and fill in a title, a headline, the price, a discount if there is one, and the call to action.
- Pick a style and theme: 14 styles and 9 colour themes.
- Review four variations: Pino AI writes the poster copy from your brief and Kappino lays it out in four designs side by side.
Step 3: edit before you keep it
Every poster stays editable. Rewrite the headline, price or call to action and see the poster update as you type, change colours to match your brand, and move, show or hide layers so the dish and the offer get the attention. Check the price, offer and wording before you publish; where the law requires it, say that the content was made with AI.
Step 4: schedule the whole month at once
Send each finished poster to the social scheduler, or download it as PNG, JPG or WEBP for print or WhatsApp. In the scheduler you can:
- publish now or schedule for the moment guests are most likely to be scrolling, such as before lunch or early evening;
- schedule in bulk, so a week or a month is prepared in one sitting;
- publish single posts, carousels and Reels (images up to 10 MB, videos up to 200 MB);
- post the same content to more than one connected account, for example separate pages for different venues.
Spotted a typo or a wrong price after publishing? Edit the live post in Kappino and the change is sent to the platform. Past posters stay in History to reuse or delete.
Step 5: answer comments and messages from one place
Comments from Facebook and Instagram arrive in one shared queue. Filter by All, Needs reply, Negative or Spam, click AI suggest for a draft reply, and edit it in your own voice before you send it. Nothing is posted without a person sending it. Direct messages from Messenger and Instagram sit in the same Marketing area, so whoever is on shift can answer.
Step 6: see what worked
Facebook and Instagram insights show reach, views, followers and the results of individual posts for up to 90 days. Use them when you plan next month: keep the dishes and formats your audience responds to.
Don’t forget Google reviews
With your Google Business Profile connected, you can see your ratings overview, filter reviews and post an owner response from Kappino.
